I'm using 2.1.9 and in Settings - Cache..... if I change the Maximum full story data stored, it doesn't save. It then says Thank You for Purchasing Newsgator Go.

Speaking of which, I've made a couple of other posts and haven't heard anything. Since I have purchased Newsgator GO, I wonder what type of support I'm supposed to receive and time/frame for a response.

Hi Matt, apologies for the delayed responses.  I have put this into the development queue and will get a response for you ASAP.  I am also looking into your other posts now!

Matt, can you also let us know what device/carrier you are using.  Thank you!

The setting is saved but if it was over the default, 512k, then it would just be reset to 512.

In version 2.2.1, we have changed the maximum allowed to 2048k.

I've experienced the same phenomenon on 2.2.1 on blackberry 8800 (Cingular/ATT).

On some settings screens (Account, for example), hitting the Esc button will prompt a Save/Discard/Cancel prompt. However, that same button in the Display settings screen just goes back to main settings menu WITHOUT prompting or saving. Clicking Menu-Done SEEMS to save settings more reliably.

Should be consistent (Save/Discard/Cancel prompt) on all settings screens, IMHO.

Cheers!
Sean

You will not get that prompt unless you have made changes. It should work that way in all of the Settings menu screens.
