Oh dear, and here was I all excited. I took delivery of a nice shiny new HTC Vox (well, the Orange E650 version).

The software installed. I put in my username and password. And, err, nothing. And now when I click on the icon, nada again. No process, nothing.

You're getting a step further than I am.  I've upgraded to WM6 on my T-Mobile Dash, and when I start the program, I immediately get an error to 'please check your credentials and ensure you have a network connection'.  Can't 'ok' out of it, or close it with the task manager.  My network connection is active, have tried via WiFi and Edge...

When you go to the Task Manager do you see the process running? If you do, one of the actions that you can take is to "Go to" the application. I realize this is a clunky way to get there. I will keep looking for other ideas and will speak with the developer for other possible resolutions.

One other question; Do you both have the Smartphone build? The PocketPC version will not work on your phone.

The Smartphone version is what I requested when the download link was sent to me.  If it were the wrong version, wouldn't the installation error out?

The program won't exit once it's running, ending it with the task manager has no effect.  The device has to be rebooted.

Nothing in Task Manager. But then of course you can hide from that
