When feeds update, does Go! download the whole feed from the original source, or does Newsgator's server provide just the newest unread items?
I'm asking because of bandwidth costs which, with a lot of large feeds, could get quite high.

Go! just downloads the changes from the NewsGator servers. That being said, an unlimited data service would still be recommended.

| That's good - I'll try Go for a while. The nice thing about Google Reader is that it only downloads items when you read them, but at least it should be faster to read this way.

| I only have unlimited bandwidth from 7pm-midnight. Might it be possible to schedule updates for this time, to read in the morning?

There's currently no way to do this, but I've made a feature request (92092)

| Thanks (and I realised Go only downloads items when you read them as well, so it's not too bad).
