| Hi-- Running XP Pro XP2 dualcore p2.4gig, 2gig ram with all current updates Screensaver usually works great but sometimes it will not go off even when mouse moved/ keyboard clicked etc. Thank you. --Mitch

Does it stay hung, or does it eventually close?

I guess hung is the wrong word, it still functions as screensaver but will not end as usual when keyboard or mouse input. I have found that in these cases, if I hit CTRL-ALT-Del to bring up the taskmanager, the screensaver exits immediately.

| I've experienced the same issue under Vista, I've found that hitting the Win key results in the start menu being displayed near instantly and the screen saver closing in under a second.
