| Ive just installed FeedDemon 2.5 over my existing FeedDemon 2.0 copy. I use a NGES. The program found my server, accepted my credentials and showed me my folders. But on the first sync it marked everything as READ. Looking on my NGES webpage the feeds/articles are unread. I tried a Resync but FeedDemon 2.5 will show only the feeds, not the articles. I reinstalled FeedDemo 2.0 and all works fine. Any ideas?

There's not much experience with FD + NGES here in the forums. Though the support guys will be around with an answer soon, I'm sure, I'd recommend emailing support directly at support@newsgator.com with this one.

Yep - NGES (for obvious reasons) is one of the few non-Apple NewsGator products I haven't had a chance to beat up

| FWIW I upgraded from 2.1 to 2.5 without a problem. When using NGES, I find sometimes on first run you need to hit the "resync now" button in the synchronisation options in FD. Thereafter it generally works fine.

| Strange thing is... A new folder in the News Bins synchronise to the server, but no articles are shown. So it's obvious the connection to NGES is working. Worth noting I am running NGES 1.4 - but I wouldn't think this matters because I didn't see any requirements for NGES 2.0 in the release.

Yes, they do - daily. I just suggested emailing them directly since there wasn't a lot of NGES familiarity here.

| Thank you guys... This is an update: I've got the contact from the NGES support. I've installed the NGES 2.0, which seems to be a requirement to use FeedDemon 2.5. NGES 2.0 is working fine, but we found some problems with FeedDemon 2.5, which I've reported. Cheers
