Hiya
emailed links from 'Mail Link for this News Item' can be very very long and sometimes fail when broken across lines by a mail reader.
any way to integrate TinyURL or similar to give a neat link that always works

Mailing HTML contents also seems to be half-broken. It currently includes user's custom style sheet's absolute path, which doesn't only break the page styling but also reveals user's short name. Here's an example:
