In NNW 3.1b14 on a MacBook Pro running Mac OS X 10.4.10, a problem with highlighting occurs.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Select File -> New Folder... and specify a folder name.
2. Move this folder to a location with feeds on the same level after it in the list. Be sure the folder is collapsed, not expanded.
3. Highlight several, call it N, feeds below the folder together using click-shift click.
4. Drag and release the selected feeds onto the folder above, quickly to avoid the automatic expansion of the folder. The items will now be in the new folder, but not visible since the folder is in its collapsed state.
5. After the release of the drag, observe that the next N items in the list are now highlighted.

Observed Behavior
Incorrect items are left highlighted.

Correct Behavior
Only the target new folder should be highlighted after this operation.

Notes
This behavior makes sense when dragging items up out of a folder in its un-collapsed state, but not for any other operation.

There's a general problem with incorrect feed items being selected after moving groups that I reported years ago, possibly before NNW was acquired by NG. Closest thing to it I can find is this year-old comment:

I'd still like the ability to cut/paste subscriptions so it's easier to move them when it gets cumbersome to accurately select the drop destination because of excessive scrolling and expanding/collapsing groups during dragging.

Adding and moving feed items (including groups) could be less awkward and more accurate.
