PostItem.aspx - Added sections on how to call clip and unclip posts API endpoints.   To retrieve clippings, you will want to call Folder.aspx/clipcontents endpoint.

• We are currently researching a couple of different solutions for presenting the SOAP and REST API documentation for everyone. We are updating the SOAP documentation, but it will not be available until we implement a permanent home for the documentation.
