I've used NG Toolbar for quite awhile now w/o this problem occurring, but recently everytime Mozilla FireFox launches I get the Set Default Subscriber dialog box (see attached) - no matter if I check the "Do not show this dialog again", it will show up. This also happens when Firefox tries to open another browser window. Has anyone else had this happen? - I think Firefox was updated to 2.0.0.11 when this started happening.

I had another user report this, and after a bunch of back an forth I got him fixed with this test build:
http://ngesdemo3.newsgator.com/Support/Clients/Toolbar/NGToolbarSetup210.zip
Try that and see if the issue goes away.
