Issue with NewsGator Go 1.5 on HTC Advantage Expand / Collapse

The software installs on my HTC Advantage fine.

I un-install NewsGator Go 1.1, then install 1.5.

The feeds download 1st time, when I try to sync the dialogue box comes up to sync, when I press “yes” it closes.

Why is this happening, this is the second request for assistance.

I am still a paying customer for NewsGator Go as well as NewsGator desktop products, I would appreciate some assistance.

I have uninstalled and re-installed again, editing the location and removing HTC Advantage from locations, it was added as a location successfully.

The HTC Advantage is Windows Mobile 6 Professional, I deleted the NewsGator file completely.

The only difference with this device is the screen is VGA 5" screen and has micro drive, other than that, its the same as any other windows mobile 6 device.

This has been 2 weeks and unanswered.

I still am paying for this product and can not get support.

THIS SUCKS

We apologize for the delay in responding. We have been busy getting this next beta release out the door. Hopefully it will resolve the problem you have been experiencing.

1. Uninstall the application from your device.
2. Do a soft reset
3. Delete the NewsGator Go! folder if one exists
4. Install the latest beta (Here is the link)

If this does not work, there may be a feed in your subscription list that is causing this problem. If you could send your OPML file in a reply to the emails you have been sending and receiving, I will receive it. We will try to re-create the problem on a test device using your subscription list and will try to isolate the problem feed.

No cab does not file the problem, what is OMPL file, where do I find it?

what is next step.

V 1.5 works of HTC Touch fine, why not HTC advantage

In your first post you say that you receive a prompt to verify synchronization and you click yes and "it closes." What do you mean by "it?" Is this the prompt itself? What happens after it closes?

Do you have network connectivity when selecting this? Are you certain the device is not in flight mode? What type of connectivity are you using? (Active Sync, Wi-fi, or a cell tower)

Update: We think we know what is going on here. The developer is testing a theory now. We need a few days. Hopefully we can resolve this issue. We appreciate your patience.
