Trying to track this one down... anyone who can recreate this, please do the following:

1. Recreate the issue
2. Open NewsGator Inbox > About
3. Hit Ctrl+D
4. Click OK (you don't need to describe anything)
5. On the email that gets created, change the subject to "(Case 126786) Error: ProcessSiteProc" and send it

I want to get some log files to look at to figure out the common theme.

Thanks!

Quick idea: If this bug is elusive, could you modify the code the not hold up the feed retrieval process while waiting for the OK button. Or put the error into the alert area?

Some additional info: This may have to do with the "Create a new folder" versus "Add posts to the parent folder" setting. If a separate folder does not exist for each feed, I encounter this error even if "Add posts to the parent folder" is checked.

@ jpf961 -

Can you walk me through exactly what you're doing to add feeds? I want to try and recreate this asap.

Thanks!

Nick,

Just to help confuse things more... Since I think I know which feed was prompting this issue for me, I deleted its folder in Outlook. Since then I haven't seen the error pop back up, but the feed hasn't been updated either. Stay tuned for more.

I can recreate this by using the "Add posts to parent folder" option. Is anyone getting this without using this setting?

Remember I had this problem when just retrieving my feeds. I "fixed" it by removing the folder in Outlook and I haven't had the problem since.

I just installed build 440. Thanks for working on this problem for me.

Speaking of 440: I like the edit url address! Nice warning too.
