I'm having a problem upgrading from 3.12 to 3.5
The installation fails - or rathers gets to a stage where it goes no further - reporting a problem trying to replace tshook.dll (see screenshot at http://temporarius.massey.ac.nz/tshookdll.png
Any suggestions?

Try rebooting your system and immediately doing the upgrade. Make sure that TopStyle isn't running, of course.
