Hi all,
Did this issue get solved, as I've the exact same problem.
I've tried both the PPC and the SP versions on my HTC Touch S1, which is running WM6.1
I've tried with the following versions:
- the one that is served when you surf to the mobile download page with the mobile
- the beta version 2.1.2 stored on the forum.
When I make changes in my profile, like adding feeds, this gets properly updated.
During the update, I see the feeds tree and I see the icons in front of the feed changing from a lightning bolt to a greyed out RSS icon.
In the feeds directory I see temporary xml files appear with some channel description, last sync time and so on, that get deleted after the sync is completed.

Hi Steve,
I'm afraid that I don't personally know the result of this old thread, although I can tell you that I've never had this problem with either the official or latest version (v2.1.2.1) which I've been running for a while so I would say that this is likely to be specific to your Newsgator account rather than the software itself.
In terms of trying to fix this I'd therefore likely suggest:
1) Check that Newsgator Online and/or http://m.newsgator.com is behaving properly and updating your feeds with new stories as you'd expect and make sure there's new unread posts on at least some of your feeds
2) Try the 'Reset Sync' option from NewsGator Go's main menu (when at folder tree view). This should discard any read statuses on your device and match things exactly to whats on Newsgator Online
3) If that doesn't work try going into the main Newsgator online admin interface, deleting all Mobile related profiles (as described earlier in this thread), then uninstall NewsGator Go, re-install v2.1.2.1 version off this forum and see what happens when you re-signup.
4) If all that doesn't work try registering for a brand new Newsgator account (as their free now) and adding just 1 or 2 feeds to that, then test syncing Newsgator Go with that new account by changing the login details within Go client settings (or you could do uninstall/re-install if you wanted)
Doing that 4th one will then help confirm if it's a definite problem with your account, but hopefully 1 to 3 will sort you out before that.
