NNW 3.1.4b5
I set flags in smart folders to identify actions I have taken
Next time I return to the folder the flags have gone
Sometimes all flags, sometimes odd ones
Have reset sync, started over, forced sync up to NG, nothing works
HELP PLEASE

No they disappear from flagged items and then reappear when flag re-selected.
Just tried 3.1.3 with same results and then 3.1.4b5 again.
Yesterday I had to reflag at least 20 items that had lost flags. Today they have all lost flags again.
I have just reflagged, shut NNW down and synced via Newsgator and some of the flags are already lost.
This is all 10.4.11 PPC Mac
Help appreciated, this make clip management very difficult

I'm having this problem as well, but can't find any consistency. I was using the flagging feature all the time, but it seemed to break with a recent update. Right now I have two items flagged... I randomly flagged a couple more this morning and by now (noon) they're no longer there.
I'm on a MacBook Pro / 10.5.2
