I have read the topics of others, and none of them, have possible solutions to my problem, I have lost some important menu options, and I can't work with NGI. .
Trying to fix, I passed ngreg.zip and here is the log using TestNGInstall (at bottom), so, please observe it and help me to resolve this matter, because I cannot sync my feeds, neither to publish nor nothing about work with my info using NGI toolbar.
Thanks for your asap help, God bless you, bye
I USE:
NGI 3.0Build 0.522 (I think this upgrade helpme fixing it.... but not!), OL (OutLook) 2003, Windows XP SP2, I have 2 weeks I without use MIcrosoft activeSync 4.5 Biul5096
WYSIWIG

THESE STEPS DIDN'T WORK FOR ME:
1) It sounds like Outlook may have disabled NewsGator. To enable it, in Outlook, go to [Help][About Microsoft Office Outlook][Disabled Items] ... Then select NewsGator and click the [Enable] button.
2). Are you sure NewsGator is running? Have you seen it poll for news lately? If it might not be, check the following:
2a. If you're on Outlook 2002 or later, go to Help/About, and click Disabled Items. Make sure NewsGator isn't in the list.
2b. Go to Tools/Options, Other tab, Advanced, COM Add-ins, and see if NewsGator is in the list. If it is, click on it and see if there are any errors. (note: it might not be in the list...if you installed NewsGator for "all users", it won't show up here).
3. Could the toolbar just be hidden? Right-click on the Outlook toolbar somewhere, and see if NewsGator is in the list. If it is, show it.
4. Are you using ActiveSync, or some other program that uses Outlook in the background? If so, it's possible you're running into a bug. If you start Outlook, then close the Outlook window (but it's still running in the background because of ActiveSync or something else), and you open a new Outlook window, the toolbar won't show up. In this case, shutting down Outlook completely (check task manager, processes tab to be sure), and starting it again, should bring it back.

Try backing up your subscriptions, then uninstall / reinstall to make sure everything is registered correctly.
If you're synchronizing with NewsGator Online and don't have any private subscriptions, then you can rely on sync to build your subscription list back.
If not, you'll need to import your subscriptions after reinstalling.
