| I understand why passing cookies as part of a request to an rss feed is bad (see Greg's post), but a forum that I read just blocked unauthenticated requests. So it works fine from IE (with the cookie), but not with NGI since it doesn't pass the cookie. Perhaps that's an option that could be added by feed? Although... if anyone knows how to get vBulletin to accept some sort of credential in the URL, I could probably talk the admin into add that hack for me. Adam

Cookie authentication will not be supported in Inbox. There are too many complexities around it that just make in unfeasible.
Does anyone use any good workarounds?

| Bummer, but I understand. Now I just need to figure out how to get a vBulletin RSS feed to use something other than a cookie!
