| I signed in this morning to find that I was having Synch issues with my Newsgator Inbox. I upgraded to 3.0 to see if that would help fix the problem however it seemed to make things worse. My newsgator online seems to be up to date and fine, however I am getting tons of old feeds still listed as unread in Newsgator inbox. Please help!

My guess is that NewsGator Synchronization somehow got disabled. Uninstall, clean everything out, then reinstall and make sure you walk through the welcome wizard in Inbox 3.0 that sets up synchronization.

I don't think I've ever listed everywhere Inbox writes to, so I suppose this is as good of time as any :-)
%programfiles%\NewsGator\Inbox - holds all the files required to run Inbox
%homepath%\Local Settings\Application Data\NewsGator\Inbox - holds all the user specific cache data
%homepath%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook - default location for Outlook PST's (NewsGatorInbox.pst and NewsGatorInboxArchive.pst are the default Inbox PST's)
HKCU\Software\NewsGator\Inbox - registry keys that hold user specific preferences.
The PST's won't be removed on uninstall, but everything else will. If it doesn't, I would delete all the Inbox related stuff in those locations.
Be careful when deleting PST files though, so that you don't accidentally delete your email stores!
