| I can login on the website, but I can't login on my mobile phone (first time user / install). I try to just create my login and it says it's already in use, but if I try to login using what works on the Newsgator Online site, it won't let me in. Please help!

It sounds like your mobile device or the application isn't communicating properly. Are you able to use the browser? If so, you may need to uninstall and re-install the application. Perhaps you have a corrupt download.

| I just downloaded the software and I am getting the same response about needing to check credentials and network connection when I am trying to sync over the air. I have not tried through activsync, I will have to try that later. I went ahead and uninstalled and then reinstalled and I am still getting the same error message. Thanks for any help you can offer.
