I keep getting run time errors in FeedDemon, 2.6 and now 2.7. Even after complete re-installs.

More detail is needed - the exact text of the error message, what point you get the errors, the crash log if available, etc

Hi Nardi,

I believe what you're seeing is due to IE's script debugger being enabled.  This knowledge base article describes how to disable it.

Best,

Hi Nick,

I also got this error and before posting it, fortunately I searched for it and ... found this posting which solved my problem/error! THANK YOU !!

Nevertheless I would be interested to understand WHY I had to do that ???

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards, Jean-Claude.

Something enabled the script debugger.  It's been a while and I can't find a specific reference right now, but ISTR that if you install VBA for Microsoft Office products or install one of their other software development packages (like the VB Express products),  Microsoft Script Debugging gets enabled.  I also seem to dimly recall that there was some application/activeX control downloaded for IE that would turn it on also.
