I read that you had reduced development for the online version due to time and money pressures. I realize that you have limited resources, but I find that the online version is preferable some times so I propose that you set up a subscription service for use who might like to pay, say $30 and that we would get improved features for the online version, say 1 year early. Then they would be rolled into the free version.
Note: My initial suggestions would be to support command keys, move to next unread folder, and make the unread counts update properly, e.g. I note that often the unread counts are not updated by the "Mark all items read"
If you decided to proceed in this way, you might set up a wiki and a poll so that those users who wanted to make suggestions and vote for those that they felt were most important could give information to you. Your development site could then add estimates as to how difficult they were and how much you could do so that we could change our priorities as well as add more money to support more development.
