I have items in all of my feeds being sorted by the default sort (as they appear in the feed itself) but this is definitely not working correctly with the latest version (not sure about previous versions since I just switched to the Mac, I had been using NewsGator Inbox for years prior).
For example, most items are correctly displayed at the top of the feed, but ~10% of the items are randomly placed with much older items. For example, an item with a date stamp of 7/23/2008 gets placed BELOW items with a date stamp of 07/16/2008.
Is there some setting I missed or is this simply a bug (or is it just me)?

It's possible that you are set to sort by arrival order... This is a fairly strange sort option because it can cause the problem you are seeing. Try expressly sorting by date and see what happens.

| Ok, all feeds were set to sort by arrival order, however...when I select all of my feeds and then choose to sort by date, it doesn't apply those settings to all of my feeds. Is there a way to do this for all of my feeds at once instead of having to go through one by one? Sorting by date should be the default IMO since Arrival Order screws things up so.

| There isn't a way to change the sort order for multiple feeds at once. Sorry about that! I know it would be useful.

| Perhaps add this to the beta? Maybe make it the default too (as opposed to Arrival Order which is totally whacked)?

Brent Simmons (7/24/2008) There isn't a way to change the sort order for multiple feeds at once. Sorry about that! I know it would be useful.
Even being able set a default sort order would be very useful, which I requested long ago (and will request again soon for the iPhone version). It's still tedious changing it every time I add a new feed. With a few features being removed in 3.2 surely there's room for this minor one to be added?
