Hi there,
I'm having some trouble adding a RSS feed to my Newsgator account.
I've tried dynamically creating the url with the url given in the FAQ section (http://www.newsgator.com/ngs/subscriber/subext.aspx?url=https://api-test.eye.fi/api/rest/eyeserver/v1/getFeed?key=5a1f662506e99d27d6b98063de35ebaa), but I get a message saying:
Error - could not add subscription to https://api-test.eye.fi/api/rest/eyeserver/v1/getFeed?key=5a1f662506e99d27d6b98063de35ebaa.
I've tried manually adding the URL, but I get a message saying that "Subscription could not be added. Please check the URL and try again". When I look in Firebug at the response returned from the newsgator servers, I see a "Length Required" message - not sure to what length this message is referring.
I've tried validating the RSS feed using the W3C validator and here's the result:

Nothing seems out of the ordinary with that result - do newsgator reject feeds based on validation of the feeds?

Sorry for the late response, but we have resolved this issue on our end and you can now subscribe to the feed.
This was a new feed for our systems and with new feeds we take security measures to avoid hazardous attacks to our servers. Long story short I was informed we place new feeds into a table and after a week (along with some other technical measures I did not get full details on) we deem the feed valid.

Is this true, and if so, how do I get my feeds white-listed by the newsgator servers?

NewsGator absolutely rejects invalid feeds... Most of the time of the feed is invalid, it won't add. Checking with feed validator, and the link you sent, the feed is pretty much empty, it has a single line saying:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
