Device: Blackberry 8100 (v4.5.0.52)
Carrier: Orange (Europe)

I successfully downloaded the client from http://ngmw.mwap.at/ after receiving my registration email.

After inputing my username name, password and selecting my timezone, I am presented with the following:

3 Communication error: Invalid url parameter. (java.io.IOException: Invalid url parameter.)

Any advice would really be appreciated.

Same problem here, also on a Blackberry Bold 9000 as is a previous poster.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as I can't imagine going too long without my newsgator

I speculatively tried using the 'Direct TCP/IP' connection option and it now works. I'm sure I tried this before so perhaps something has changed with my operator.

Anyway it's working now.

I was so hoping this was going to work for me ... changing the setting does let me now see the list of subscriptions, however, trying to view list of posts, I get an error...

21 Communication error : incorrect header check (java.io.IOexception: incorrect header check)

Such a shame - I found this a really useful app on my BB.

BlackBerry Bold 9000 in Belgium

NewsGator Go!  is basically paralyzed with "3 Communication error : Invalid url parameter. (java.io.IOException: Invalid url parameter.)

Been a customer of NewsGator since before NetNewsWire and Go! became free and paid for both - but apparently that doesn't matter anymore as my email to Support has been unanswered for a few weeks now.

Please assist - I want to continue being a happy customer.

I've finally solved the problem. After 10 years of BB ownership, I've now switched to an iPhone!
