I've tried removing & reinstalling NetNewsWire a few times. (Removed using AppZapper, which supposedly grabs the config files as well).
The problem I'm having is this: If I flag an item, it shows up in the "Flagged Items" folder. Then if I quit NNW (or simply wait until the next sync), the item(s) I flagged will simply vanish - without having been deleted, or unflagged.
Any ideas what's wrong?

Sounds like this bug:
[3.1.6b1] BUG: "Flagged status is not flagged" Smart List inaccuracy
Currently in NNW (3.1.7 on 10.4.11) my Latest News feed badge displays 5933, Flagged Items displays 3056, and Unflagged Items (Smart List) displays 839. Do the math: (3056 + 839 = 3895) != 5933
That problem, plus the inability to sort by the Flagged column (previously requested), makes it harder to locate unflagged items. Plus badge counts on other groups can become inaccurate without any obvious reason, which I reported awhile back. These bugs are constantly souring my NNW desktop experience.
