This one's pretty easy to duplicate. Go to any craigslist page, search for something, click RSS, then click the subscribe button and you'll get a could not subscribe error.
Most recently I tried searching seattle.craigslist.org for cb2 and it produced http://seattle.craigslist.org/search/sss?query=cb2&minAsk=min&maxAsk=max&format=rss as the rss feed. Clicking the subscribe in newsgator online bookmark produced "Error - could not add subscription to http://seattle.craigslist.org/search/sss?query=cb2".... perhaps all the & signs in the URL are confusing it?

I've added this feed successfully using our booklet feature and subscribing via the reader, so are there any steps I'm missing? What browser and operating system are you using?
If you want me to try subscribing to this feed using your account please provide me your username.

A colleague of mine pointed out the feature in question and I was able to replicate your problem. I will submit a ticket to have it resolved. I can't give you a time frame as to when the solution will be released, so in the mean time you'll have to grab the feed URL and subscribe via the reader using the "add feed" feature.

sweet! yeah, i'm on a windows box at work and firefox 3.04, maybe something browser-specific?
yeah, i've just been adding manually, but it got annoying enough that i decided to whine
