| I am wondering why there is not a forum for enterprise RSS server, now known as Social Sites Professional. The existing forums seem to be mostly for your online service or readers. There is one for Enterprise Feature Request forum, but that doesn't cover all aspects of your enterprise products.

| We don't have a standalone forum for Social Sites Professional (aka NGES). But, this is a fine place for feedback and questions on the NGES server.

For starters, I'd like to see more documentation for the enterprise RSS product beyond install guide, admin guide and API document. e.g. information on how content service works, what determines the retrieval interval in different feeds, current vs. archive posts, etc.
Is there a way to retrieve posts by page in the SOAP API?

dzhu, some documentation would be fantastic, as trying to get my head wrapped around it all is difficult, especially with the amount of questions I have. Perhaps we could have more of a wiki manual of some form?

I agree, a detailed documentation would be a great help for some users like me e.g. :-)
