Hello,
I've just bought your product TopStyle Pro.
After downloading the tspro.exe, here is the error message I get each time I want to run it :
"tspro.exe is not a valid Win32 application."

And here is the hard copy of the two files I get each time I do the download of the file tspro.exe.

There is something wrong in your files.
Thx in advance for your prompt reply.

Nope, it means your browser isn't downloading the file all the way - something got corrupted during the download. When you try to download it again, it is probably just pulling the file and session from your cache. Clear your cookies and temporary internet files and re-download the file (one other trick is to copy the download URL, paste it into your browser and add "?a=1" (no quotes) to the end of the URL - this will force your browser to grab the file from the server rather than from the cache).

| I notice that you've got a file named "tspro.exe.part" there. Are you using some sort of download accelerator to download in two or more chunks? It might also be an idea to turn off the download accelerator software and use your browser's normal download system instead.

Thank you very much critter42 and Alan for your prompt replies. No, I've no download accelerator. At last, I have succeeded in downloading this mother fucking file with the browser Opera. Before that, I was doing it with Firefox 3.0.5 and it was doing badly. Nevertheless, I cleaned out all the files in the cache of Firefox and the cookies with CCleaner but it couldn't be helped and it was so pigheaded. I've even deactivated my McAfee antivirus but there was nothing to be done. I've even tried with IE7 too. It was another problem, worse than before. It didn't want to download anything ! When I was clicking on the download button, nothing happened. So, this crazy problem will remain a mystery.
