I've just purchased TSPro 3.5.0.10, but now that I have a valid serial number there doesn't appear to be a place in the GUI to input it [smacks forehead],
I looked under the Help menu and nada.
I uninstalled TS, found a place on Newsgator to "upgrade" - here I entered my serial number - and promptly downloaded the so-caled upgrade which turned out to be v 3.5.0.9 (one release before the actual trial version, see above).
And now I see a new TopStyle is on the way - version 4 - which will require a further $30 to obtain when it becomes available later this year.
I feel I made the wrong decision. I was about to purchase HomeSite but chose TS instead. Crap.
Have I wasted nearly $80 on this or what? I have 20 days left to enjoy a program that won't allow me to enter and register as a bona-fida legit user [smacks forehead again]
Any help from this forum will be appreciated. Until then I remain miffed and disgruntled with Newsgator; if they can't support products then remove the option to purchase it from the site.

| As you've discovered, there are separate installers for the trial and registered versions of TopStyle (ie: you can't unlock the trial version with a serial number). If you purchased TopStyle, you should have been provided a link from which to download the registered version. If you've lost that link, you can request a new download by visiting: http://www.newsgator.com/download/secureDownload.aspx Best,

Apologies for the somewhat attitudinal post of before. When I installed 3.5.0.9 in the same folder as the trial - overwriting it completely - voila, a registered version of Topstyle Pro was there before me.
Glad that's sorted...ta again.
What happened to release 3.5.0.10, or was that just the trial version?

Glad you're up and running now! Yes, v3.5.0.10 is the trial version - the registered version is v3.5.0.9 (I know, it's confusing - using different version numbers wasn't one of my best ideas  ).
