Hi folks,

I'm relatively new to this service so maybe I'm just doing stuff wrong but there are few parts of the UI that seem painful.

To add a feed: Click Add Feeds, then Click Add a Feed on the tab, not the Add a Feed at the top, because that will on take you to the Browse Feeds tab.  Paste the exact URL in to the text box and click "Quick Add".  I don't want to know how to do a "Slow Add"!

When I'm reading a blog and I find a reference to one I want to subscribe to it takes way too long to add the feed and get back to where I was.

I am presuming that there is no "Mark as Read", I'm just supposed to delete all posts in a feed.  I can't say I like this but I guess I can live with it.  My big complaint is that when I delete the posts in a feed it refreshes my feed list and closes all the folders and I have to navigate back to where I was to move onto the next feed.

Anyway, that's my constructive criticism, I figure it is the least I can do considering you are offering this service for free .

Darrel

Thanks for the feedback!

Sorry that the 'Delete' wording is confusing.  Really it's the same as 'Mark as Read'.

As far as the 'Delete All' closing your folders, give it a try today   You just never know when things will get cooler.

And finally, if you want a REALLY quick way to add feeds, check this out: http://www.newsgator.com/ngs/subscriber/SubTools.aspx and scroll down to the "Internet Explorer context menu" area.

I noticed the context menu tool but I'm using Firefox.

At the very end of this page, there's a bookmarklet you could use in Firefox.
