I can't seem to access my feeds at all this evening. When I try, from any computer it tries to load for a long time and then I get this:

Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

It then goes on to explain how to customize the message.

Is it me or something system-wide?

Are you still having this problem?  If so, what's your username?

Yes, I'm still having this problem. 5 minutes ago, as a matter of fact. I wrote you an email but there was no response.

My username is judisohn

Thanks.

I should also add that at first I thought maybe it was some conflict with a Firefox extension. But the problem happens in:

Firefox 1.0PR on 2 Macs & 1 PC
Internet Explorer 6 on my PC
Safari on my Macs

Sometimes the page loads, but most of the time it eventually ends in the runtime error. If it does load, it takes a really long time. I know I have a lot of feeds (all organized into folders) but that's why I decided to pay for my feed reading in the first place. And the harder it is for me to log in, the more unread feeds accumulate that I can't clear out.

I feel like I'm talking to myself...

I was happy when I was able to log in easily this morning around 7 am and I caught up on a lot of feeds. Now it's 10 am and the same @#^&$%#%$ error is happening again! If it comes and goes like this when I've changed nothing, I can't imagine how it could be something on my end.

I hope that someone from NewsGator will respond this work week and fix/address this problem.

It does seem lonely in here, sorry.

I can't seem to duplicate the problem, and don't see anything in the logs from Sunday either.  Not helpful, I know.

So, just a note to make you feel less lonely.  Not as helpful as making the bad error screen go away, but we'll keep looking into that too.

Thanks for the reply. As I emailed you, it's been fine today. No error, no lag. I will email you if it happens again.

It's happening again. :-(

Lane, I just sent you an email noting the time so maybe you can pin down in your logs what is happening. I would guess that I'm subscribed to a feed that's misbehaving and causing this. But who knows.
