I bought TS 3.5 (I think), and a file downloaded called tspro.1.2D0D17. I can't open it in any app I've got. Suggestions?

| Are you using a download manager? What is the file size indicated in Explorer? First, try renaming the file to tspro.exe, and running it. If that doesn't work, make sure any download manager is disabled and try downloading again.

| No download manager that I'm aware of. The file size is 3,746 KB. I tried renaming it as you suggested, but it is designated as something called an "EFW" file, and nothing responds to it. I've tried downloading it twice, but I guess I could try again...

| Just seen this. Have dealt with it before. I think you will find that if you run the exe file from the server instead of of saving first and then installing, this problem will not occur. Don't save first and then execute. Louise
