the feed provided is not formatted correctly and needs to be in order for us to retrieve their updated content. You can validate this for yourself (http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=) and have the publisher do the same so they know exactly what should be resolved so we can begin retrieving their updated content.
You may also ask the publisher if they have newsgator blacklisted, this would also prevent us from retrieving data from their servers.
