Some information that may be useful for the developers.

I have successfully downloaded NGMobilePPCSetup.CAB, but the first time I tried to run it, it was rejected because of a certificate issue.  I was not given the issue to install it anyway.  I tried again, and this time, it said:

"The program is from an unknown publisher.  You should install it only if you trust its publisher.  Do you want to continue?"

I was able to then continue to install it!  The first time I got the error I nearly just gave up, so I assume others may do.
