I've been using NewsGator mobile on my iPhone forever. I prefer it to the NetNewsWire app as I think it is much faster to load and requires less clicks to view the feeds. Anyways.
I just got my new iPhone 3G S and I added a bookmark to NewsGator mobile right away. It worked fine for a bit but since yesterday, it shows no feed at all on the mobile site. If I go to the web based NewsGator version (from my PC), I can see all my unread items. I tried rebooting the phone, logging out and in again but it still won't show any feed.
When I try NetNewsWire, it does work well.
Has anyone experienced this? Any solution?

| Yup. Me too. I have an original iPhone. After upgrading to the 3.0 OS, it doesn't work anymore. I hope someone fixes this soon.

Good to see I'm not the only one. That's strange because it worked for a little bit. Anyways. I think NewsGator has to do a little tweak to have the web reader work on iPhone OS 3.0

| Me too. A few unread items still showed up until I eventually read them, but no new ones after the problem started.

| I've got the same problem. Doesn't seem to be device specific, I get this problem on my blackberry and from my PC browser pointed at m.newsgator.com. I've tried clearing history/cookies and logging back in, same problem. Something on newsgator's end maybe, dunno. I ultimately downloaded NewsGator Go! for blackberry, but it doesn't work a well (IMO) as the basic HTML interface... Hopefully they'll read this thread and check into it. Chris

Im also getting problems with m.newsgator.com (username - ripnetuk). The 'full' html page works, newsgator go works, but the basic HTML view (m.newsgator.com) has no items at all. This happens in all the 3 places I normally use it from, being links (linux console browser), firefox on windows and iris on Windows Mobile.
Id be very upset if its permanently broken - i spend a good proportion of my life on that site... i remember when the 'full' html site used to be fast and I used that, but since it became ajax'ed i much prefer the basic view...
I guess I could implement my own basic interface using the API if it has been desupported... but i hope that s not the case...
cheers

Newsgator Mobile stopped working for me on Fri, June 19.
I also prefer it to theNetNewsWire app. It doesn't appear to be a iPhone 3.0 issue however, because not only does it not work on my new 3G S, but also doesn't work on my older 3G with 2.2.1.
I was using it everyday to read hundreds of feeds, especially iPhone, and am now stuck with having to use my MacBook Pro with NetNewsWire. The NetNewsWire is working, but I hate using that. Way too much work,
and so slow to use. Pretty worthless unless you are reading only for 5 minutes. It's just the Mobile version that stopped working.

If you go to the Mobile Site on your Desktop or Laptop Browser http://m.newsgator.com/ you can see that it is not adding new items since June 19. So it has nothing to do with the iPhone or Blackberry.
To Troubleshoot, I created a new account and started over from scratch. The problem is at the Newsgator site. I hope the good folks are watching. I also use this each and everyday for hours and hours, and would be truly lost without it's use.

I apologize for the inconvenience.
Over the past few weeks we have been implementing some architectural changes which we are almost finished with; however, some of these changes have affected our mobile users and we're working to resolve these issue as soon as possible.
Again I apologize, but soon we will have this issue resolved.
