| I already have plenty of livejournal.com links in my NewsGator account, but when I try to add http://alexander-stoma.livejournal.com/, the following error occurs: Error: Subscription could not be added. Please check the URL and try again. Could you help me with this? Thanks!

Do you know if this site requires a username and password?

Hi,
I appear to be getting the same error when attempting to add what seems like a perfectly valid URL into one of my custom folders called "Jobs - Norfolk":
http://www.mynorfolkjobs.co.uk/RSS/LatestJobs.rss
I managed to add an identical looking feed from the provider's sister site, which is basically a clone of the above URL but for a different geographic region:
http://www.mysuffolkjobs.co.uk/RSS/LatestJobs.rss
Both are standard public sites and neither require login credentials.
I tried adding a feed from the BBC News web site into the same custom folder and it worked fine. However if I subsequently try and trick NewsGator by going back in and editing the newly saved BBC feed URL to be
http://www.mynorfolkjobs.co.uk/RSS/LatestJobs.rss the feed appears to be saved OK but then the disappears altogether!
Anyone have any thoughts?
Thanks,
Steve

I was able to add both feeds in NGO without the error. Both also display 50 or so posts (though the Norfolk one took a few minutes to populate which is normal for a first-time feed in the database). Try unsubscribing/resubscribing to the Norfolk feed and see if the problem clears up.
Both feeds fail in Feed Validator (Norfolk, Suffolk) though both display the feed content just fine in Firefox.
