| I have installed the newsgator toolbar in both firefox and IE and nothing happens. When I click on search for feeds nothing happens, when I click on clip and it goes to open my folders I just get a empty box. I have double checked my login and it is definitely not that. I am getting no error message nor any indication that anything is happening when I click on search for feeds. Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to configure your settings to either subscribe using Inbox, FeedDemon, or your online account. I had no issues subscribing in FeedDemon or NGOL, I did not try the Inbox.
Steps to Configure:
1. For Firefox locate the NewsGator Icon on the Toolbar (See attachment)
2. to the right of the NewsGator Text there's a drop down arrow
3. select this arrow and choose the configure option
4. Choose what method you want to use to subscribe to, NG Inbox, FeedDemon, or NewsGator Online
5. Provide your username and password
6. Apply ok
7. If you selected NGOL (NewsGator Online) select the same drop down arrow and select to choose your default subscription folder or default clipping folder
8. That same empty window will appear with a listing of your folders
9. select one as your default
10. And off to the races you are

| Yep that was the first thing I checked when I had the issue. My password and username are there and are correct. I have feeddemon selected and there is nothing else obvious missing or wrong

| I have tried everything possible and still nothing....any other suggestions for anyone would be appreciated

Make sure you have text in the search box next the the Search For Feeds button, otherwise nothing will happen.
When you go to clip, there's a button to create a new folder - does that work?

I need you to provide me the exact replication steps of how you're using the 'search for feeds' and 'clip' features, because I have successfully been able to use both features. Also provide me your username so I can see if this is an issue specific to your account. And I also want you to take a screenshot of the configuration window (e.g. see attachment).
