I just wanted a thread to say, irrespective of what I think about what's happened and what we're expected to used instead, NewsGator Go! was a very nice client, it performed very well on my very weedy WM5 device and almost never hung (almost everything hangs on my PDA, it's more a matter of how often). I'd tried other readers and they were a drag, I'd tried web interfaces and they were a drag, but NewsGator Go! made reading news feeds on my PDA a pleasure. Thank you NewsGator Go! for the time we've had.
This is totally the wrong place for this thread but the NewsGator Go! forum has been locked, with what some might say was indecent haste! It's not the end of August yet!

Just wanted to add my appreciation of NetNewsWire on the iPhone. It's been one of the 4 apps on my bottom bar (along with Omnifocus, Phone and iPod) for a long time. Thanks for that time.
Best regards,
David

Adding my thanks as well. The synchronization with the web, desktop, and my blackberry was great.
Has anyone found another alternative that can sync with Google both ways?
Thanks,
Mike

Thanks guys.
In respect to NewsGator Go! Windows Mobile, it was originally written by Kevin Cawley who has since gone on to start his own company. I'm sure he'll appreciate your kind words and I will pass them on to him.

Also for the iPhone reader, it's not going away. A new version that syncs with Google Reader is coming soon.
