First of all I apologize for opening a thread in this forum instead of the Inbox one, I couldn't find the "Add Topic" button there.
I'm unable to open any new RSS feed after i uninstalled Newsgator Inbox.
Everytime after i click to open a new RSS feed, outlook will pop up and prompt "Application not found".
I've also tried installing other RSS reader plug-in for outlook, but it turns out to be the same. Seems like the default program for RSS feed had been registered by Newsgator Inbox, however, it didn't restore it to the previous Reader after uninstallation.
I would appreciate if you guys could provide me some clues on how to restore the default program for RSS feed reader.
I've tried to change the default program for .xml files, it's still the same.

We are not providing this product to Non-Enterprise users. I apologize for the inconvenience, however, we do offer 2 other desktop clients for Windows and Mac (FeedDemon & NetNewsWire).
If you are an Enterprise user, please let us know so we can provide you the appropriate contact address for support.

c'mon Frank - he's asking for help fixing leftover issues from UNinstalling the application. No offense, but if you're wanting people to transition off of a product, you need to support their efforts to do so.
His problem is that Inbox is still registered as the default handler for RSS feeds even after it has been uninstalled. What specific file/protocol/mime types does Inbox register when it installs? These are what he needs to update.
EMAG have you noticed this happening with ALL RSS links? What about Atom (which is kinda sorta RSS - no worries if you're not sure about this)? What OS are you running?

Also, what web browser are you using?
Have you installed any other RSS readers (such as FeedDemon)? That could potentially 'fix' the associations by taking them over?

Inbox registers its self to handle both the "feed://" protocol as well as ".rss" (I think, its been a while).
Can you post an example? Are you trying to open an RSS file that's linked on a webpage? Or are you double clicking a file on your machine? Can you post the file name or the URL?
Once I see that I can tell you how to manually remove it from the registry.
