First off, my thanks to those who are posting here. I always assume that for every person reporting a bug there are countless others running into the same problem, so I really do appreciate you taking the time to stop by.
That said, I'd like to make this process smoother by asking that you first do a quick scan of this forum to find out if the bug you encountered has already been reported. If it hasn't, then please be sure to include the following information in your report: - The version of FeedDemon you're using (Help > About), just in case a newer build is available.
- The version of Windows and Internet Explorer you're using. Even if the version of IE doesn't seem like it's related to the bug being reported, it often is!
- The name of the anti-virus software you're using (if any).
- If applicable, the URL of the feed you're experiencing the problem with, and whether you're synching that feed with Google Reader.
- Whether the bug appeared just one time, or it can be reproduced.
- If applicable, the text that appeared in the error message (or a screenshot, if you prefer).
