I purchased NNW back before it was made free. Will my serial work to remove ads in the 3.2 release?

I really hope I will not have to pay again.

Does not work for me. Old serials are not accepted, nor can I find a clear statement regarding this topic.
If this is the way NewsGator treats the first customers who supported their product and made it famous, I have to search for a new client - free or commercial.

I can say that my NNW 2.1 Serial does not work in v3.2...though it has been difficult for me to find any official info on this, or an upgrade price.

My old serial number did not work, either. I sent an email to support@newsgator.com to see if there are plans to support previously purchased licenses. It does not look like that is the plan.

I came to the forum to ask the same thing. I have already bought this when it was a paid app, was a bit annoying when it then went to free a few months later and now I am being asked to pay for it again.

I really hope they do. It would seem a shame to get slapped in the face after we were passionate enough about the product to pay for it.

I purchased both NNW and FeedDemon before they were made free. Sure hope the money I paid back then (more than what they're currently charging) still entitles me to the full paid product. This seems like a strange oversight for NewsGator to have made, given how upset some paid users were when then products went free.
