Same here.
What kind of works for me is use the paid version until it crashes. Replace it with the free version until in crashes. Than install the paid version again.
This is a crazy situation.
Urgent fix needed!

Ditto for me too. NNW crashes all the time, even after restarting the phone.
I can post one of crash reports if that helps.
I guess I have no choice but to delete and do a re-install.

| Same issue with me. I have deleted the app (paid version) and reinstalled. This fixed the problem for about a day and then the app crashed again and is again unusable. VERY frustrating!

Very sorry to say that i've not been able to read one story in 3 days - not one.
Basically the app looks like its downloading & synching constantly, but if you choose one of the feeds, the page stays blank and then after a couple of minutes of this it just crashes.
The current version just doesn't work, simple as that.
Please someone at NNW let us know what you have planned or i fear the negative feedback you will get will kill the app. Having paid for this for both my iphone & desktop that would be a tragedy for all concerned. After all you only get this level of feedback when ppl are keen on your product, otherwise we'd all just move on - maybe after a class action to get our money back!!
My present workaround is to have Google reader as a bookmark in iDashPad Pro and launch it from there. Works well enough but not the same as a dedicated reader like NNW.
C'Mon newsgator/NNW please post a sticky in this forum telling us what is happening, or send us an email, but the present ignore it & hope it will go away solution is at best amateurish at worst bordering on negligent - remember we all paid for this and as consumers expect, and have rights to some service.
Shame on you for not even trying to address our concerns, most businesses who follow that model do not last long.

Add me to the list of people experiencing this crash. Twice now, it's happened when I tap on "Mark all as Read" when I'm reading all news items within a folder. I tap the button, the app hangs for about 10 seconds with the button still in the "pressed" state, then it crashes and sends me back to the home screen. I try to relaunch the app and it just keeps crashing. I have to delete this app and download it again from the app store.
This is NNW Premium, on iPhone 3.1.

Experiencing the same crash on startup.
Deleted and re-installed NNW 2.0 from the phone, worked fine for 2-3 hours then crashes again on startup.
I have also deleted and re-installed NNW from itunes to ensure I have a clean copy.
2G iphone running 3.1

Add me to the list, the app now crashes on start-up. A cold reboot of the phone doesn't fix the problem.
I really hope some serious bug fixing is going on. I paid for the premium app, but I'm on the verge of moving on and looking for a new RSS solution.

| Same here. Please, Brent, take your time and pay no mind to the above poster threats. I can survive for a few days more using Google Reader

A few days, even longer would be fine, but just an answer from NNW would be nice, so we know what is happening.
The overwhelming message is we all want the same thing, our fave RSS reader back & working!!
