Partial Dutch translation for FeedDemon 3.0.
Fully translated are all the menus, form dialogs, and the tutorial; warning dialog boxes are only partially translated. So, this is work in progress, mostly for my own enjoyment of FeedDemon. I might complete the work if there is some feedback  .
