This problem is the case with:
www.heise.de
www.an-online.de/an/rss/Aachen.xml
www.klenkes.de/aacheninfo/meldungen/RSS_2.0/
Using Vienna and www.heise.de the date/time is correct. Manually changing the updated-tags in the heise.de feed-XML-file into published-tags NNW shows the correct date/times.

| These feeds don't contain dates! There's no correct date to show. What are you expecting to see?

Sorry my mistake. Only heise.de worked in Vienna. klenkes.de and an-online.de really don't have any date.
But heise.de feeds contain dates. Look at http://www.heise.de/newsticker/heise-atom.xml (excerpt; had to remove the angle brackets from the tags):

| Got it. Added to bug tracker. (They're using a date format in that feed that I hadn't seen before.)
