I was wondering if it is possible to prefetch only the Watch results?

Sorry, it's not possible to do that - but it sounds like something I should add to FeedDemon.

What about prefetching starred items in watches? I marked all feeds as read and then starred the items, which appeared under watches.. However no items were prefetched. Anyway to accomplish this?
