Is there a way to use Boolean logic to filter a watch search. For example:  If I wanted to know about minor league pitching prospects for the chicago cubs--I would want an article that cites both "Cubs" and "Minor league" and one of the following terms "pitching", "prospect" or "pitcher."

Is there any way to further the complexity of a watch's filter?
