Sync with Google Reader is great, but could you make it real time?

What I mean by real time is this: no need to press the "Resync now" button. If I have both FeedDemon and Google Reader windows opened, marking an item unread in FeedDemon would immediately mark it unread in Google Reader (same principle as getting a new email in Gmail) and vice versa.

I'm afraid there aren't any plans for this. For many people - especially those with slow connections - immediately marking an item read in GReader when it's marked read in FD would be very slow. This is why FD caches changes and sends them to GReader in the background every few minutes.
