I started using FeedDemon again after about a few months, and none of my feeds would update. I switched to Google Reader synchronization, and ever since then my pictures will not show up on any feed I have. I tried re-downloading and re-installing FeedDemon, to no avail. I don't have anything checked off in the options that disables picture loading. I have all the requirements. I've also noticed that when I click on a headline, the article doesn't load, either. Trying to subscribe to some feeds doesn't work. The program hangs and says it can't automatically detect the feed. These are popular blogs, too.
When I went to check to see if I had the requirements, I noticed that I have two instances of IE7 on my computer. One is regular, and one says 64-bit. I run 64-bit Vista. I'm wondering if there is some kind of problem with this. Does anybody know what's going on? It's driving me crazy!

Whenever this problem has been reported in the past, it almost always turned out to be caused by a firewall/proxy blocking FeedDemon. So, make sure that FD is permitted to access the Internet by your firewall.
