| so i click the feed errors button, the update, and it updates fine. but everytime feeddemon does a full refresh, it says it's errored again. i click on the link button and it opens in the browser no problem. very strange, they all worked with 3.0

| Ah! OK, that error happens when FeedDemon tries to download a feed, but gets an HTML page instead. Assuming the URL is correct, the most likely cause of this is that the feed uses cookie-based authentication (that is, your username and password are stored in a browser cookie), but no cookie has been stored for this site so it redirects to a HTML page stating that you need to login. Try visiting the site in FeedDemon's embedded browser, and then logging in - that should create the cookie, which will be re-used when FeedDemon downloads the feed. Best,
Nick Bradbury

Best,
i tried that before i posted initially and it made no difference. going to 3.0 release i don't have the issue anymore. any other thoughts?

Can you let me know the URL of the feed you're seeing this problem with?

i wish i could but i can't. maybe i'll try some other similar ones and see if i get the same problem. i've just been using 3.0.45 or something like that and have not been updating because of this.
edit: i just installed the latest release on a different PC, and imported the opml file, upon the first update it updated all feeds, but refreshes after that have problems

If you are unable to provide a URL for a feed you're seeing the errors with, it's just going to make it that much harder for Nick to troubleshoot the issue.
