Dear sir:
I'm a Taiwanese.
All of my News Feeds are in Traditional-Chinese.
Everything went well when those posts were published at first.
However, something went wrong when some posts were re-edited description.
The title of those posts become question mark.(only Chinese characters in title. The display of letters and Chinese in description is normal.)
Could you solve this problem?

Dear sir,
I added two attachments, 001.gif and 002.gif, for this problem.
The article was published and all Chinese character looks fine.(see the print screen 001.gif)
After I modified the article, Chinese characters in title became question mark.(see the print screen 002.gif)

I created a blog for test.
The url is http://plog.foto126-3.idv.tw/1.
Its rss urls shows below
http://plog.foto126-3.idv.tw/rss/rss090/1 --> RSS 0.90
http://plog.foto126-3.idv.tw/rss/rss10/1 --> RSS 1.0
http://plog.foto126-3.idv.tw/rss/rss20/1 --> RSS 2.0
http://plog.foto126-3.idv.tw/rss/atom/1 --> ATOM 0.3
I tested all of them.
Feed with RSS 0.90 is normal. Everything works well even I modify the article.
Feed with RSS 1.0 is normal too, but it only show the tittle.(RSS 0.90 shows titles and descriptions.)
The title in feeds with RSS 2.0 and ATOM 0.3 become question mark after I modify the article.

MSN Spaces also has this problem. http://spaces.msn.com/members/joycute/feed.rss
Some title becomes question mark after the blog owner modified the article.

Some feeds with XML and RDF also have this problem, such as http://ashaw.typepad.com/editor/index.rdf and http://www.richyli.com/blog/feed.xml
I hope that you could understand what I mean!
