Just downloaded the trial and can't get it to install - tells me to close outlook first, but it IS closed and nothing is running in the processes - any ideas? I'm using Windows XP sp1 and outlook 2002 sp1

That's strange...so from Task Manager, Processes tab, you definitely don't see OUTLOOK.EXE running? Try a quick reboot, and see if that helps. If you're still having problems, send a note to support@newsgator.com and we'll send you a link to an installer that will bypass the check...there are a couple of extra steps you'll have to go through, but it will definitely get it installed.
